I often write about getting past an affair in order to save your marriage and I have a blog where I share my own story of having to do the same. One of the most base comments or questions that I get is "how can men who love their wives cheat? Why do they do this? This is a somewhat loaded question, but in this article, I will offer up what I think are the answers because, in my experience, men who have had affairs in fact can and often do still love their wives - they are just incredibly good at separating one thing from another and compartmentalizing - in a way that women often can not.

Why Married Men Cheat, (Even Though They May Still Love Their Wives): I used to think that affairs were all about sex, a mid life crises, or recapturing a man's youth. So, more often than not, these set of circumstances work together to place them at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Very often (more than I can tell you) men do not wake up in the morning reasoning "Ok, today's the day that I'm going to have an affair," or "alright, I've decided to cheat on my wife." Rather, it just happens without their stopping for a second to think about it, they get caught up in it, and they deeply regret it later, but unfortunately, can not take it back.

It is known that volcanic action was extensive while the Cretaceous era, and is a credible hypothesize why the dinosaurs became extinct. The Deccan Traps in western India and areas in the Pacific Basin are likely sites for increased volcanic action at this time.

The consequences of large scale volcanic action would have led to a nuclear type winter with ash and gasses added to the atmosphere, depleting sunlight and creating difficult conditions for dinosaur species. Hydrochloric acid in particular would have broken down the ozone layer allowing harmful ultraviolet rays to penetrate to the surface.

The high level of volcanic action would also have emitted large volumes greenhouse gasses such as C02 and methane, addition the Earth's climatic characteristic and drastically changing the planet's climate. The effects on the dinosaurs would have been catastrophic as they struggled to acclimatize to the changing conditions, and large scale extinction of dinosaur species would have been inevitable.

Cretaceous sediments preserve the system of volcanic action as they contain higher than normal concentrations of minerals and sodium, both related with volcanoes. Cretaceous sediments can also contain volcanic rock.

The Asteroid Theory

In the late 1970's Luis and Walter Alvarez and scientists from the University of California were studying rocks of the K-T boundary (or Cretaceous-Tertiary boundary) in Gubbio, Italy. Within the clay layer of the K-T boundary they discovered concentrations of iridium thirty times higher than normal. The two natural sources of this rare element are asteroids and lava from the Earth's core, which led Luis and Walter Alvarez's team to first advise an asteroid collided with the Earth causing dinosaur extinction. The Alvarez team estimated the asteroid would need to be ten kilometers in diameter to contain adequate iridium to cause the iridium concentrations in the clay layer.

Further evidence to preserve an asteroid impact has emerged. The K-T boundary has two layers. The upper layer is three millimeters thick and includes soot which is believed to have come from global fires caused by the impact.

The lower level is two millimeters thick and contains ejecta from the asteroid impact site. This includes quartz crystals known as shock crystals which have been physically altered by high temperatures and intense pressure. The layer also contains tektites and micro tektites, which are often made of fused glass. Shocked crystals and tektites are both closely related with asteroid impact sites.

In 1990 the scientist Alan Hildebrand, after studying data gathered by geophysicists searching for oil, noticed a ring structure called Chicxulub off the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. Chicxulub is a crater 180 kilometers in diameter and dates from colse to 65 million years ago, the same time as the extinction of the dinosaurs. It was estimated that an object ten kilometers in diameter impacting the site would have caused the crater, which fits the Alvarez team's calculations for the size of the asteroid to create the K-T boundary finds.

The Effects Of The Asteroid Impact On The Dinosaurs

It is estimated the speed of the asteroid would have been about 100,000 kilometers per hour and the first impact would have destroyed all things within a 500 kilometer radius. The intense shock wave that followed would have caused large scale fires, whilst trillions of tons of debris, gas and water vapor would have been thrown into the atmosphere.

Earthquakes, tidal waves, volcanic eruptions as well as high winds would have followed. The soot and debris in the atmosphere would have blocked out the sun for months prominent to fluctuating temperatures and severe disruption to photosynthesis. The global fires would have emitted large volumes of Co2, addition global temperatures and causing a chain reaction that would create sulphur dioxide falling as acid rain.

The levels of oxygen in the sea would have decreased as deep sea water was dragged to the covering by huge under water currents. Problems With The Asteroid Theory

There have been a whole of mass extinction events in the Earth's history and a whole of large asteroid impacts. However, these impacts have never been the cause of mass extinctions. It is also known that some atmosphere sensitive species such as frogs survived the cretaceous extinction event, bringing into inquire the true long term effects of the asteroid on the environment.

In spite of these problems with the asteroid system it is still the strongest explanation for the extinction of the dinosaurs. possibly the reply lies not with one explanation for dinosaur extinction but a combination of factors such as the asteroid impacting at a time of increased volcanic activity. In the final analysis, possibly the extinction of the dinosaurs was a case of an accumulation of badly timed events that very few species could cope with.

Face-to-Face transportation - Old Fashioned? Not!

It's improbable how dependent we've come to be as a society on electronic transportation devices! E-mail, text messaging, Pda's, cell phones, video conferencing, blackberries, blueberries, rasberries, and more...have taken the place of good old fashioned, face-to-face transportation important to many interpersonal difficulties and miscommunications in today's workplace.

You may be thinking...Why improve my interpersonal skills when most businesses do 99% of transportation by telephone, teleconferencing, videoconferencing, e-mail, and on rare occasions, snail mail. A favorite way of mental today...but, is it literally the correct way? "Face-to-face transportation remains the most distinguished human interaction," says Kathleen Begley, Ed.D., author of Face-to-Face Communication, production Human Connections in a Technology-Driven World. "As wonderful as electronic devices are, they can never fully replace the intimacy and immediacy of citizen conversing in the same room and it has worked for millions of years."

In business, we talk about "B2B" (business to business) and "B2C" (business to consumer) methods. I try to buck the trend (in a positive way!) to stress the point of face-to-face communication. You'll hear me talk a lot about the "P2P" (people-to-people) connections and how important it is to get beyond technology and talk face-to-face with friends, family, colleagues, customers, vendors, and the like. You may think that's a bit old-fashioned, but in my opinion, there is no substitution for the human, up-close and personal contact. Don't get me wrong, there is a place for the frightful technology tools we have today and I use it regularly, but it's not always my first or best choice.

Several decades ago, John Naisbitt, in his mega 1960's best-seller, Megatrends: Ten New Directions Transforming Our Lives, brought a new thought to the forefront called "high tech, high touch." His idea was that "as human beings became capable of anonymous electronic communication, they would concurrently need more close-up personal interaction." Seems to me that he was right on target!

We live in a society when flocking to the local coffee shop or diner for coffee chats with enterprise associates or friends is a testimony to our need for human togetherness, especially when most coffee lovers can make a latte or cappuccino right in their homes. Think about the fortunes coffee establishments are production on our need for face-to-face communication! The people-to-people connections...

We hear of the many children (and adults) who spend countless hours alone playing video games. However, The Game Manufacturing relationship reported in 2003 that house board game sales (like Monopoly and Scrabble) are booming and growing at 20% per year. Cranium has recently come out with a whole new line of board games for our "little people" (ages 3+). The people-to-people connections start at an early age - if you haven't heard it, ask me to tell you my "Papa Zitto" story!

Even when disaster strikes and the news media bring these events into our homes and workplaces via Tv, radio and the Internet, we seek out opportunities to share grief. I personally waited in line for approximately three hours with hundreds of others to visit Ground Zero in New York when it opened to the communal in December 2001. Many citizen also left makeshift shrines nearby to honor the victims of that tragedy. The people-to-people connections...

We lead hectic, multi-tasking lives both at home and in the workplace these days and we find the need for balance even more necessary than in days gone by. We understand that technology can be impersonal, but it's quick! We know we need to make time for more people-to-people connections but, the reality of the hectic pace doesn't leave us much time for this more intimate form of communication. You may be thinking, isn't it much faster to make a quick phone call, send a brief e-mail, or hook up via video-conferencing to have a meeting of the minds? Yes and no. It's a communications paradox...faster is not always better.

So the better request may be, how can we make the best of both worlds - technology and face-to-face, people-to-people connections?

Just as fashions are redesigned and come back with a variation on a style from days-gone- by, I believe it is time for redesigning and revitalizing face-to-face (P2P) transportation skills.

We need to get the balance right! People-to-people (P2P) transportation skills remain one of the traditional success factors in business, even in this age of technology. There are many situations - often those lively conflict, hurt feelings, high priority, or a large sum of money - that request enterprise citizen take the time and issue to get in the same room to share information. Video-conferencing has come to be a good simulation and cost-effective method when individuals are in remote locations, but there is still no substitute for good, old-fashioned, face-to-face communication.

Don't take my word for it...Let's take a look at what some of the experts are saying.

Tom Peters, internationally known enterprise guru, says without reservation that you should permanently attend to your face-to-face communication. Not to do so, will lead to career disaster. "We believe in high tech, high touch," Peters writes. "No question, technology is the Great Enabler. But, paradoxically, now the human bit is more, not less, important than ever before."

Sheila Hodge, author of Global Smarts: The Art of Communicating and Deal production in any place in the World, says "The modern office is full of gadgets - computers and the Internet, uplinks and downlinks, videoconferencing, and online databases. Many citizen think they should let the fancy technology deal with the messy task of interfacing with people."

Jo-Ellan Dimitrius, in her book Reading People, talks about how young, technically oriented employees tend to narrate mostly in computer chat rooms. "If you want to come to be a better communicator, you must make a aware exertion to engage other citizen (in person)," she writes. "Even the most entrenched Internet junkie can learn the true meaning of 'chat' if the desire is there, but you have to get off the couch and make it happen."

Gary McClain and Deborah Romaine in their book, The all things Managing citizen Book, put it this way..."Consistent, daily face-to-face transportation promotes more than just good feelings; it also promotes sufficient and collaborative teamwork."

"One of the most necessary areas of transportation to get right in enterprise is the one-on-one situations - especially offering advice, constructive feedback, and every year execution appraisals," says Chris Roebuck in sufficient Communication.

One of my favorite quotes stated very plainly by Margaret Wheatley, Turning to One Another: straightforward Conversations to Restore Hope for the Future, says "I can believe we can change the world if we start talking to one other again."

Sounds like we're on to something here...So, what can you do? Start out by taking an honest look at your transportation methods and your attitude about technology vs. (P2P) face-to-face interaction. Are you e-mailing more and meeting less for financial reasons? Are you avoiding human sense mostly because of a lack of interpersonal skills? If the latter is true, you need to take performance before it's too late.

The next time you are tempted to send an e-mail, text message or make a phone call for other than routine purposes, stop! Get back to basics. Go out of your ease zone and, instead, send the e-mail, text message or make the call to set up a face-to-face, in someone meeting with the someone behind the technology! Why? Because it works!

Make the people-to-people connections... You and your enterprise will be glad you did!

Gre (Graduate narrative Examination) unlike Gmat (Graduate administration Aptitude Test) covers assorted streams of students for admission into higher schooling programmes. While Gmat score is applicable for admission in enterprise schools only. So one must wonder that how an admission school decided the general score applicability while choosing the student from different streams.

Gre score is scaled by different schools on the different criteria. For example if a student is applying for admission into an arts programme, then higher weightage will be given to his/her verbal thinking marks in comparison to other sections. But for a student opting for science, engineering or other technology related programme, his/her quantitative marks will make the admission chances higher, due to higher weightage given to quantitave thinking marks for such programmes. The dissimilarity in the middle of Being Smart, Educated, and enchanting

I've all the time been intrigued by the subject of intelligence. As a child my mum would refer to me as "smart," but I quickly noticed that all parents refer to their children as smart. In time I would inspect that all children are not smart, just as all babies are not cute. If that were the case, we'd have a world full of beautiful, smart citizen - which we don't.

Some of us are smart; but not as smart as we think, and others are smarter than they seem, which makes me wonder, how do we define smart? What makes one someone smarter than another? When do "street smarts" matter more than "book smarts"? Can you be both smart and stupid? Is being smart more of a direct affect of genetics, or one's environment?

Then there are the issues of education, brain and wisdom.

What does it mean to be extremely educated? What's the inequity between being extremely educated and extremely intelligent? Does being extremely educated automatically make you extremely intelligent? Can one be extremely thoughprovoking without being extremely educated? Do Iqs assuredly mean anything? What makes a someone wise? Why is wisdom typically associated with old age?

My desire to seek answers to these questions inspired many hours of intense explore which included the reading of 6 books, hundreds of explore documents, and countless hours on the Internet; which pales in comparison to the lifetime of studies and explore that pioneers in the fields of brain and instruction like Howard Gardner, Richard Sternberg, Linda S. Gottfredson, Thomas Sowell, Alfie Kohn, and Diane F. Halpern whose work is cited in this article.

My goal was simple: Amass, synthesize, and present data on what it means to be smart, educated and thoughprovoking so that it can be understood and used by anyone for their benefit.

Prenatal Care

With this in mind, there was not a best (or more appropriate) place to start than at the very beginning of our existence: as a fetus in the womb.

There is mounting evidence that the consumption of food that's high in iron both before and during fertilization is needful to construction the prenatal brain. Researchers have found a strong relationship between low iron levels during fertilization and diminished Iq. Foods rich in iron consist of lima beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, spinach, asparagus, broccoli, seafoods, nuts, dried fruits, oatmeal, and fortified cereals.

Children with low iron status in utero (in the uterus) scored lower on every test and had significantly lower language ability, fine-motor skills, and tractability than children with higher prenatal iron levels. In essence, proper prenatal care is needful to the amelioration of cognitive skills.

Cognitive Skills

Cognitive skills are the basic thinking abilities we use to think, study, and learn. Drinking while pregnant is not smart. In fact, it's downright stupid.

A study in Alcoholism: Clinical & Experimental Research has found that even light to moderate drinking - especially during the second trimester - is associated with lower Iqs in offspring at 10 years of age. This is a key finding which speaks directly to the (psychological) definition of brain which is addressed later in this article.

Ultra Sounds

Studies have shown that the frequent exposure of the human fetus to ultrasound waves is associated with a decrease in newborn body weight, an increase in the frequency of left-handedness, and delayed speech.

Because ultrasound vigor is a high-frequency mechanical vibration, researchers hypothesized that it might affect the migration of neurons in a developing fetus. Neurons in mammals multiply early in fetal amelioration and then migrate to their final destinations. Any interference or disruption in the process could succeed in abnormal brain function.

Nature Versus Nurture...The turn over Continues

Now that you are aware of some of the known factors which determine, improve, and impact the intellectual amelioration of a fetus, it's time for conception. Once that baby is born, which will be more crucial in the amelioration of its intellect: nature (genetics) or bring up (the environment)?

Apparently for centuries, scientists and psychologists have gone back and forth on this. I read many extensive studies and reports on this subject during the explore phase of this article, and I believe that it's time to put this turn over to rest. Both nature and bring up are equally as important and must be fully observed in the intellectual amelioration of all children. This shouldn't be an either/or proposition.

Gottfredson, a professor of educational studies at the University of Delaware, wrote in her article, The general brain Factor that environments shared by siblings have miniature to do with Iq. Bouchard concludes that young children have the circumstances of their lives imposed on them by parents, schools and other agents of society, but as citizen get older they come to be more independent and tend to seek out the life niches that are most congenial to their genetic proclivities.

Breast-Feeding Increases Intelligence

Researchers from Christchurch School of medicine in New Zealand studied over 1,000 children born between April and August 1977. during the period from birth to one year, they gathered information on how these children were fed.

Talking To Your Children Makes A Difference

Thomas Sowell, author of Race, Iq, Black Crime, and facts Liberals Ignore uncovered some thoughprovoking information that every parent should take note of. He writes:

There is a strong case that black Americans suffer from a series of disadvantageous environments. Studies show time and again that before they go to school, black children are on midpoint exposed to a smaller vocabulary than white children, in part due to socioeconomic factors.

While children from expert households typically exposed to a total of 2,150 different words each day, children from working class households are exposed to 1,250, and children from households on welfare a mere 620.

Yes, smart sounding children tend to come from educated, professional, two-parent environments where they pick-up needful language skills and vocabulary from its smart sounding inhabitants.

Mr. Sowell continues: Black children are obviously not to blame for their poor socioeconomic status, but something beyond economic status is at work in black homes. Black citizen have not signed up for the "great mission" of the white middle class - the constant quest to stimulate intellectual increase and get their child into Harvard or Oxbridge.

Elsie Moore of Arizona State University, Phoenix, studied black children adopted by either black or white parents, all of whom were middle-class professionals. By the age of 7.5 years, those in black homes were 13 Iq points behind those being raised in the white homes.

Accumulated Advantages

At this juncture in my explore it dawned on me, and should be fairly confident to you, that many children are predisposed to being smart, educated, and intelligent, simply by their exposure to the influential factors which rule them long before they start school.

An informed mother, proper prenatal care, educated, communicative parents, and a nurturing environment in which to live, all add up to accumulated advantages that formulate intellectual abilities. As you can see, some children have unfair advantages from the very beginning.

Malcolm Gladwell, author of top-selling book Outliers, wrote that "accumulated advantages" are made inherent by arbitrary rules...and such unfair advantages are everywhere. "It is those who are prosperous who are most likely to be given the kinds of social opportunities that lead to additional success," he writes. "It's the rich who get the biggest tax breaks. It's the best students who get the best teaching and most attention."

With that in mind, we turn our attentiveness to instruction and intelligence.

What Does It Mean To Be Well Educated?

Alfie Kohn, author of the book What Does It Mean To Be Well Educated? poses the question, does the phrase well educated refer to a capability of instruction you received, or something about you? Does it denote what you were taught? Or what you remember?

I allege that to be well educated is all in the application; the application and use of information. information has to be used in order to come to be knowledge, and as we all have heard, knowledge is power.

Most citizen are aware of the floundering state of instruction in this country on some level. We tell our children that nothing is more important than getting a "good" education, and every year, due to government allocation shortfalls, teachers are laid off, classes are condensed, schools are closed, and many educational programs - especially those which help the underprivileged - are cut.

The reality is, we don't assuredly value education. We value it as a business, an industry, political ammunition, and as an suitable form of discrimination, but not for what it was intended: a means of enriching one's character and life straight through learning.

What we value as a society, are athletes and the entertainment they offer. The fact that a expert athlete makes more money in one season, than most teachers in any region will make in their careers, is abominable. There's all the time money to build new sports stadiums, but not adequate to give teachers a decent (and well-deserved) raise.

Ironically, the best teachers don't go into the profession for money. They teach because it's a calling. Most of them were influenced by a assuredly good instructor as a student. History And Purpose Of Iq

We've all the time wanted to measure intelligence. Ironically, when you look at some the first methods used to value it in the 1800s, they were not, well, very intelligent. There are also many different forms of intelligence. Most notably those created by Dr. Howard Gardner, professor of instruction at Harvard University.

Dr. Gardner believes (and I agree) that our schools and culture focus most of their attentiveness on linguistic and logical-mathematical intelligence. We esteem the extremely allege or logical citizen of our culture. However, Dr. Gardner says that we should also place equal attentiveness on individuals who show gifts in the other intelligences: the artists, architects, musicians, naturalists, designers, dancers, therapists, entrepreneurs, and others who enrich the world in which we live.

Fluid & Crystallized Intelligence

According to About.com, Psychologist Raymond Cattell first proposed the concepts of fluid and crystallized brain and additional advanced the theory with John Horn. The Cattell-Horn theory of fluid and crystallized brain suggests that brain is composed of a whole of different abilities that interact and work together to produce extensive private intelligence.

Cattell defined fluid brain as "...the capability to realize relationships independent of former definite custom or instruction regarding those relationships." This type of brain is based upon facts and rooted in experiences. This type of brain becomes stronger as we age and acquire new knowledge and understanding.

Both types of brain increase throughout childhood and adolescence. Fluid brain peaks in adolescence and begins to decline progressively beginning around age 30 or 40. Crystallized brain continues to grow throughout adulthood.

Successful Intelligence

Then there's Successful Intelligence, which is authored by brain psychologist and Yale professor, Robert J. Sternberg, who believes that the whole thought of relating Iq to life achievement is misguided, because he believes that Iq is a pretty miserable predictor of life achievement.

His prosperous brain theory focuses on 3 types of brain which are combined to contribute to one's extensive success: Analytical Intelligence; thinking steps or components used to solve problems; Creative Intelligence: the use of caress in ways that bring up comprehension (creativity/divergent thinking); and Practical Intelligence: the capability to read and adapt to the contexts of everyday life.

But sometimes it is an inability to regulate one's affective states and the behavioral tendencies associated with them that leads to brainless and self-defeating behavior.

The central character in this book who many of these lessons regarding being smart and brainless revolve around is Bill Clinton and his affair with Monica Lewinksky.

Wisdom & Conclusion

My great grandmother, Leola Cecil, maybe had an 8th grade instruction at the most. By no stretch of the imagination was she extremely educated, but she had what seemed like infinite wisdom. She was very observant and could "read" citizen with incredible accuracy. Till the very end of her life she shared her "crystallized intelligence" with whomever was receptive to it.

She died at the age of 94. I often use many of her sayings as a social speaker, but most importantly, I use her philosophies to make sure that I'm being guided spiritually and not just intellectually. Many of us who are lucky adequate to have a great grandparent can testify that there is something extra about their knowledge. They seem to have life figured out, and a knack for helping those of us who are smart, educated and thoughprovoking see things more clearly when we are too busy thinking.

What they have is what we should all aspire to end up with if we are lucky: wisdom.

Wisdom is the capability to look straight through a person, when others can only look at them. Wisdom slows down the thinking process and makes it more organic; synchronizing it with intuition. Wisdom helps you make best judgments regarding decisions, and makes you less judgmental. Wisdom is comprehension without knowing, and accepting without understanding. Wisdom is recognizing what's important to other people, and knowing that other citizen are of the utmost importance to you. Wisdom is both a beginning point, and a final conclusion.

Joan of Arc - French Patriot and Martyr

St Joan of Arc (c. 1412-1431), also known as the Maid of Orleans, was a French patriot and martyr who challenged the English military ascendancy in France during the Hundred Years' War.

Born into a peasant family in Domremy, France, Joan at the age of 13 or 14 began to hear the voices of St Michael, St Catherine and St Margaret, telling her to rescue France from English domination in the Hundred Years' War that was then raging and to free the French city of Orleans from the English who then besieging it.

She was taken to see the Dauphin (the eldest son of the King of France and the direct heir to the throne) Charles, who was to be the future King Charles VII of France, in the castle of Chinon in the Loire Valley. Charles was initially sceptical and had Joan examined by a group of theologians and clergy in Poitiers, who became convinced of Joan's sincerity and orthodoxy.

Charles then sent Joan with a small force to Orleans, where she joined the French army that was opposing the English forces. Wearing a suit of white armor and flying her own standard, Joan led a number of successful assaults against the English. By May 8, 1429, she forced the English to raise their siege and depart.

Joan now called for Charles the Dauphin to be crowned in Reims Cathedral, a move that she believed would give Charles more authority and would return a sense of national unity to the downtrodden, war weary French people.

Joan accompanied Charles and an army of 12,000 through English-held territory, with the French army clearing the territory of the English to make way for Charles and his party. Charles was then crowned in Reims Cathedral on July 17, 1429 as King Charles VII of France.

In April 1430 Joan and a small group of soldiers went to Compiegne, which was then under siege by the Burgundians, but on May 25 was captured and sold to the English by John of Luxemburg for 10,000 crowns. The English were very pleased to have Joan in their hands as she was becoming an impediment to their military advances in France.

Unfortunately for Joan, after her capture Charles VII made no attempt to negotiate with her captors or to offer a ransom payment.

In January 1431 she was put on trial in an English-constituted court in Rouen. She was originally charged with witchcraft and heresy; however, the trial itself was just for heresy and, moreover, was conducted with various irregularities.

Joan was found guilty and was burnt at the stake in Rouen's Old Market on May 30, 1431.

Twenty five years after her trial and execution, Pope Callistus III set a formal retrial (known as a Trial of Rehabilitation). The result was that Joan's 1431 trial was declared irregular - that is, Joan was exonerated by the Church. (Some commentators have suggested that this development was simply to strength the validity of Charles VII's coronation in the face of any challenges.)

Joan was canonized in 1920. She is now known as Saint Joan of Arc.

St Joan of Arc remains a French national heroine. Certainly, her actions did block the English advance south of the Loire in her time and her military victories and the coronation she promoted gave the French new strength in the Hundred Years' War while demoralizing their English foes.

But the meaning of Joan's life and death goes beyond this and are have been explored by many historians and writers of literature over the years, including by the dramatists Schiller, Shaw, Peguy and Brecht.

Before you pull your credit record and all that, if it hasn't shown up on social records you may miss it. So the inquire is have you ever been or are you being evicted? Make sure you ask it that way. It's on my application which you guys will get, but it's on the handout here.

4.      Have you ever been convicted of a crime? This is very important.

5.      Have you ever filed bankruptcy? Again, this is important.

6.      Do you currently or have you in the past had any judgments against you? This is almost asking if they've been evicted again. Obviously an eviction is a legal proceeding, but it's also a judgment. There's all the time a judgment involved. That's the other way it will show up.

Application Fees

Application fees. We have a application fee. I very suggest you payment . payment at least . Otherwise people will fill out applications and waste your time. If you payment or and they're willing to pay that, then you know they're serious. It's a small tiny threshold you ask them to go over.

If there's no charge, "Sure, I'll fill out an application. I'll be happy to." Then you need to go spend to run their credit plus all the time and effort to call people.
